Larry J. Klein,
President, Insul-Coat, Inc., Klein Investments, Inc.
As a Licensed General Contractor and Licensed Asbestos Abatement
Contractor, Larry Klein serves as president and sole stockholder of Insul-Coat,
Inc. and its sister company, Klein Investments, Inc. Mr. Klein studied
electrical engineering at Oklahoma State University. With more than 25 years
experience in residential and commercial construction, Mr. Klein is active in
the Central Florida Chapters of the Associated Builders and Contractors,
Associated General Contractors of America, and the Florida Healthcare
Engineering Association.
Byron Lopez,
Project Manager
As Chief Project Manager for Insul-Coat, Inc., Byron Lopez is
responsible for supervision and coordination of all projects, including select
demolition, asbestos abatement, and microbial remediation. For more than 15
years, Mr. Lopez has served in supervisory roles in asbestos abatement and
commercial construction. Mr. Lopez reviews job estimating, is certified
applicator for the AEGIS microbial remediation program, and is a Certified Indoor
Environmentalist through the Indoor Air Quality Association, Inc.
Robert O'Brien, Comptroller
With more than 20 years experience in construction bonding
and construction financial management, Mr. O'Brien was a founding employee of
Insul-Coat in 1987. Mr. O'Brien
supervises and coordinates several accounts and assists in business development.
Mr. O'Brien is a graduate of Florida Southern College in Lakeland.
Kevin J. Klein,
Estimator
Mr. Kevin Klein has more than five years experience at Insul-Coat,
Inc., with training in all phases of work. Kevin Klein is responsible for
estimating upcoming projects, assists in materials and equipment management,
oversees technology development, and provides additional project supervision. Kevin Klein holds a B.A. in environmental studies from Rollins College in
Winter Park..
