Indoor Air Quality/Bioremediation:

ICI management and technicians are trained and experienced in mold and mildew abatement. The ICI team provides a comprehensive approach to bioremediation, thus reducing claims for personal injury and property damage.

Utilizing specialized equipment and EPA-registered chemicals, ICI offers abatement; beginning at containment and removal of affected areas, and continuing through the elimination of harmful particles. Additionally, ICI offers the application of indoor air products that guard against particle return. This long-lasting hygiene protection is created through a systems approach to particle remediation. This professional approach improves the indoor air quality by guarding against the re-growth and proliferation of harmful bacteria and molds throughout the building and air handling equipment.

In addition to standard IAQ chemicals, ICI is a licensed applicator of the AEGIS Microbe Shield, an internationally recognized technology that bonds to interior surfaces to provide continuous protection and is not destroyed by normal washing and cleaning. In addition to its broad -spectrum control over bacteria, fungus and mold, AEGIS is EPA-registered for all non-food contact of interior surfaces. ICI teams have completed a comprehensive training course for application of AEGIS, thus supplementing their other microbial remediation training.

The ICI team of skilled workers offers proven solutions in interior demolition projects. Our team of skilled workers has experience with working in occupied buildings where our ability to contain and control particles allows for business to proceed as needed. ICI teams are skilled in concrete cutting, use of hand tools and interior construction equipment operation. Asbestos Abatement:

ICI's certified and trained asbestos personnel are highly experienced in all facets of asbestos abatement, including the removal and disposal of asbestos in acoustical tile, interior thermal systems, forced water and sewer lines, flooring systems, as well as transite siding and roofing.
